Exit Advisory Group and HHMC Global merged to bring specialist recruitment, staffing and offshoring M&A onto a broader platform. HHMC, founded by Rod Hore, has advised the recruitment industry across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia for more than two decades.

Exit Advisory Group is a boutique Australian M&A advisory firm for established owners. The same senior team works across the whole transition, so advice carries cleanly from a first valuation through to a completed sale.

Do I have to choose one service, or can I engage more than one?

You can engage one service or several. A common path is to start with a valuation, act on a value-building plan, and later engage us to run the sale. Because it is one firm and one senior team, the work you do early carries into the sale rather than starting again with a new adviser.

In what order do I need a valuation, value-building work and a sale?

There is no fixed order. A valuation is a common starting point, because it sets the baseline everything else builds from. If you have time before you want to exit, value-building comes next. The sale process comes when the business and the owner are ready. Some owners come to us ready to sell now; others want a valuation or an exit plan first.

What size businesses do you work with?

We focus on established businesses in the lower to mid-market. Our valuations team typically works with enterprise value from around $3 million, and we are happy to talk if you are close to that range.

Is my enquiry confidential?

Yes. Every conversation and every engagement is confidential from the first contact. We approach buyers under confidentiality agreements and release sensitive information in stages, so staff, customers and competitors are not alerted before you are ready.
