About Richard
Richard has been with HHMC since 2003 and has been actively involved in recruitment industry merger & acquisition projects with both HHMC and throughout his career. He has been the lead consultant in over 60 recruitment sector equity transactions on both the 'buy' and 'sell' side. These have included international projects from Australia as well as offshore transactions within Canada and the UK.
Prior to joining HHMC, Richard had substantial senior level experience within the recruitment sector in executive search & selection within the ICT, and banking & finance fields. Richard has held national accountability for major business divisions in the recruitment field, achieving major growth.
With almost 30 years continuous involvement within the recruiting sector, Richard has a deep understanding of the sector and its business challenges. Richard has been actively involved in merger & acquisition projects, market valuations, and working with recruitment sector clients to assist with strategy and performance improvement for 20 years. Richard has qualifications in business and human resource management.
