About Shanti
Shanti has over 20 years' experience in marketing and operations within the financial services sector, and in management consulting across the private and government sphere. Over her career she has worked with clients in over 19 countries, from multinationals with large global footprints to government organisations and SMEs.
She co-founded Exit Advisory Group because she has seen, from both inside corporate marketing and from running her own business, what owners need before they exit: practical tools, working systems, and time to shape the result. 'Options' is the word she keeps coming back to. Planning early gives owners options, and options are power.
